The fifth session of Webinar Series Towards Future Trends in Technology, was delivered by Dr. Irfan Memon CEng, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering on 18th<\/sup> May 2021.\u00a0 The topic of webinar was 5G Wireless Technology. This webinar series is organized by GEETECH student society and Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The participants found the webinar very interesting as it was on the current technological trends in the telecommunications.\u00a0 However, the participation was low due to the final week of the semester and the students were busy in submitting the assignments and projects. Nevertheless, the participants and the speaker have agreed to have a full workshop on the simulations of 5G communication systems in the summer.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
