Minimum Entry Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum classification of 2:2, or a Good GPA (2.7 out of 4.0), Grade B, or an equivalent qualification. Applicants should hold a degree in a relevant discipline, including Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or other closely related disciplines.
  2. Candidates holding a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering) may also be considered for admission, provided they are above 25 years of age and have a minimum of 6 years of significant professional work experience in the field.
  3. Proficiency in English to a level of 6.5 in Academic IELTS or equivalent.Note: Applicants holding a Bachelor’s degree from an institution in a non-English-speaking country must achieve an Academic IELTS overall band score of 6.5, or successfully complete Stage 3 of the GCET IELTS Preparation Course and subsequently achieve an Academic IELTS overall band score of 6.0.
