The normal entry route to all undergraduate programs is through the General Foundation Programme (GFP) which consists of two levels, 15 weeks each (one calendar year). New students are asked to sit a placement test to determine their entry point (Level 1, Level 2, or directly to the undergraduate program).
Progression from the General Foundation Programme to the Undergraduate programs is subject to achieving a minimum of 60% in each component of the General Foundation Programme.
Students may be admitted to the program through advanced standing by following UWE Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) process.
